Let's build awesome software together! 🚀👩‍💻👨‍💻 Requirement & Responsibilities: Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Golang. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services and applications using Golang. Implement best practices for code quality, code reviews, performance, and security in Golang development. Manage and train a group of junior early-stage engineers. Should have a passion for mentoring people. Optimize existing codebase and identify opportunities for improvement in performance and scalability. Write unit tests, conduct automated testing, and ensure high code coverage to maintain quality while participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Extensive hands-on experience with APIs using Golang, relational, and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. Proficiency in developing concurrent and distributed systems in Golang. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
